Prime Outsourcing: Web Content Writer

I manage diverse writing tasks across Prime Outsourcing and its sister companies (Vidalia Lending Corp. and Everest Online Marketing), including content creation for blog posts, social media, and websites and crafting SMS, email, and website templates.

Additionally, I oversee SEO compliance for blog posts, handle international and local client content in various niches, manage social media posts and Facebook ads, and ensure the accuracy of company-written documents through proofreading.

June - July 2022

Village Pipol Magazine: Intern - Content Writer

I've authored and published 39 feature and entertainment articles and gathered information through thorough research and online interviews. Moreover, I made sure each article met SEO Yoast requirements while handling photo design and editing for thumbnails and article images.

October 2021- February 2022

Manila Standard: Intern - Social Media Content Researcher & Writer

I researched, wrote, and published human interest stories that were trending on social media and transcribed video and audio interviews. Additionally, I researched and compiled video materials to use for video editing.

March - May 2019

Inspiro: Customer Service Representative

I assisted customers by addressing their queries, researching account activities, troubleshooting issues, and providing support documentation, while also communicating with them via chat and email to ensure their needs were met effectively.
